Disclaimer
Last updated: 2 June 2026
This disclaimer explains important limits around CSVall's tools, guides, and downloadable outputs. Use it together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
No professional advice
CSVall provides browser-based file utilities and general educational content. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, accounting, tax, compliance, medical, or other professional advice.
If your file is used for regulated reporting, tax filings, accounting records, audits, legal discovery, or business-critical workflows, review the output with a qualified professional or your system of record before relying on it.
Tool output must be verified
Converters, viewers, splitters, mergers, and cleanup tools depend on the source file you provide. Bad encoding, malformed rows, unusual delimiters, truncated exports, or vendor-specific formats can produce incomplete or unexpected output.
You are responsible for checking row counts, column mappings, totals, dates, character encoding, and formatting before importing results into another system or sharing them with others.
Browser-local processing limits
Many CSVall tools process files locally in your browser. That privacy-first design also means performance depends on your device, available memory, browser version, and file size.
Large files may slow down, fail to preview, or need to be split into smaller chunks. We do not guarantee compatibility with every file, locale, spreadsheet program, bank export, accounting platform, or downstream importer.
Third-party links, ads, and brands
The Site may link to third-party websites or display advertising. Those services are controlled by their own operators and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
References to products such as Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, or other services are for compatibility and workflow explanation only. CSVall is not endorsed by or affiliated with those trademark owners unless explicitly stated.
Availability and changes
We may update, remove, rename, or limit tools and content at any time. We try to keep guides accurate, but software interfaces and vendor export formats change.
Use the Contact page to report reproducible issues, outdated instructions, or content that needs correction.
